♦ Antigua and Barbuda CIP 

Since 2013, the Antigua and Barbuda Citizenship by Investment Program ("CIP") has been continually offering the CIP's best and powerful passport by investment to qualified business people and investors. Antigua citizenship and passports ultimately enable those applicants toward acquiring freedom of movement, investment opportunity, and tax free availability. Antigua & Barbuda, commonly known as "the Gem of the Caribbean", is a well developed nation with its most technologically-advanced hospital and accredited medical universities. Antigua's main industries are financial services, tourism, agriculature and construction. Thus, it is considered the safest real estate investment market in the region. 

Antigua and Barbuda passport by investment provides visa access to 160 countries including UK, the EU, Barbados, Cuba, Hong Kong, India, Lichtenstein, Monaco, Montenegro, Singapore, Ukraine, and etc. (as of 2023)

♦ Antigua and Barbuda CIP Requirements 

Business people and investors who make a qualifying investment in Antigua and Barbuda will be able to obtain Antigua and Barbuda citizenship and passport by investment. The requirements are as follows : The principal applicant must be at least 18 years old ; make a qualifying investment ; undergo a medical exam, due diligence, and posses no criminal record ; Physically present themselves in Antigua and Barbuda for at leat 5 days in the 5-year period upon obtaining Antigua citizenship and passport.  
นักลงทุนขอสัญชาติแอนติกาและบาร์บูดามีคุณสมบัติดังนี้คือ อายุไม่ต่ำกว่า 18 ปี ลงทุนบริจาคในกองทุนรัฐบาลหรือซื้ออสังหาริมทรัพย์   ตรวจร่างกายผ่าน ตรวจประวัติบุคคลและไม่มีข้อมูลอาชญากรรม ปรากฏตัวในประเทศอย่างน้อย 5 วัน ภายในช่วงเวลา 5 ปีนับจากวันที่ได้รับสัญชาติและพาสปอร์ตแอนติกา  

♦ Antigua and Barbuda CIP Processing Time? 

As of 2023, the Antigua & Barbuda Citzenship by Investment Program would grant Antigua citizenship and passport within 6 months tentatively.  
นับถึงปี 2566 โปรแกรมขอสัญชาติแอนติกาและบาร์บูดาผ่านการลงทุน อนุมัติสัญชาติและพาสปอร์ตแอนติกาภายในระยะเวลา 6 เดือนโดยประมาณ

♦ Antigua and Barbuda CIP Application Process

Step 1 ) Application Submission : Filing of a complete Antigua and Barbuda citizenship by investment application including forms and agreements, supporting documents, and initial deposit.
* [10% Government processing fee, 100% Due Diligence fee, Investment deposit (if applicable), Professional fees dues]

Step 2 ) Receipt of a Government-issued Letter of Approval from the Antigua & Barbuda Citizenship by Investment (CIP) Unit. 

Step 3 ) Upon approval, the applicant pays the remaining investment fund and fees.
* [90% Government processing fee, 100% Passport fee, the outstanding Investment fund, and Professional fee dues] 

Step 4 ) After the investment is completed, Antigua & Barbuda Citizenship Certificate and Passport are issued, originals will be sent to applicant and his/her family members via courier.  

ขั้นตอนที่ 1 ) ยื่นใบสมัครขอสัญชาติแอนติกาและบาร์บูดาที่ครบถ้วน ประกอบด้วย แบบฟอร์ม สัญญา เอกสารต่างๆ รวมถึงค่าธรรมเนียมรัฐบาล 10% ค่าธรรมเนียมตรวจประวัติอาชญากรรม 100% เงินลงทุนก้อนแรก (ถ้ามี) และค่าธรรมเนียมบริษัทตัวแทนรัฐบาล
ขั้นตอนที่ 2 ) ผู้สมัครได้รับจดหมายอนุมัติในเบื้องต้นจากหน่วยงานด้านสัญชาติแอนติกาและบาร์บูดาผ่านการลงทุน (CIP Unit)
ขั้นตอนที่ 3 ) หลังจากได้รับอนุมัติ ผู้สมัครชำระเงิน ค่าธรรมเนียมรัฐบาลที่เหลือ 90% ค่าธรรมเนียมขอพาสปอร์ตแอนติกาและบาร์บูดา 100% เงินลงทุนส่วนที่เหลือ และค่าธรรมเนียมบริษัทที่ปรึกษาคงค้าง
ขั้นตอนที่ 4 ) หลังจากผู้สมัครได้โอนเงินลงทุน ประกาศนียบัตรสัญชาติแอนติกาและพาสปอร์ตแอนติกาถูกอนุมัติ และส่งให้กับผู้สมัครและสมาชิกในครอบครัวทางไปรษณีย์อากาศ (Via courier)
