♦ St. Lucia Citizenship by Investment Program (CIP)  

Since 2015, the Government of Saint Lucia has been overseeing the Citizenship by Investment Program (CIP) in accordance with the Citizenship by Investment Act No. 14 of 2015 and the Citizenship by Investment Regulations No. 89 of 2015. This program is specifically designed for foreign investors and their eligible family members, offering them the opportunity to obtain Saint Lucian citizenship and passports through investment. To qualify, investors must meet all the requirements set by the St. Lucia CBI, make a qualifying investment, and formally pledge their allegiance to Saint Lucia. Successful investors are granted St. Lucia citizenship and passports, which come with valuable benefits including visa-free travel to over 140 countries by 2023. นับแต่ปี 2015 ภายใต้ข้อบัญญัติกฏหมายการลงทุนเพื่อขอสัญชาติเซนต์ลูเซีย รัฐบาลเซนต์ลูเซียได้ขับเคลื่อนโปรแกรม CIP อย่างต่อเนื่อง ในการอนุมัติสัญชาติและพาสปอร์ตให้กับนักลงทุนต่างชาติผู้มีประวัติส่วนตัวที่เหมาะสม รวมสมาชิกในครอบครัวที่มีคุณสมบัติตรงตามเงื่อนไข ผู้สมัครต้องลงทุนในเซนต์ลูเซียตามข้อบัญญัติในกฏหมาย และได้ลงนามเอกสารสาบานตนเป็นพลเมืองเซนต์ลูเซีย สัญชาติและพาสปอร์ตเซนต์ลูเซียออกให้กับนักลงทุนที่ได้รับอนุมัติ  

♦ St. Lucia CIP Requirements  

To obtain citizenship in Saint Lucia under the Citizenship by Naturalization program, applicants must fulfill specific prerequisites. Firstly, individuals must be at least 18 years old to engage in financial transactions. Secondly, applicants are expected to possess a commendable profile, encompassing their professional background, personal reputation, and character, which undergoes a thorough due diligence background check. Maintaining good health throughout the process is also mandatory. Moreover, applicants must demonstrate a substantial net worth and meet the minimum qualifying investment criteria established by the St. Lucia CBI such as making a St. Lucia citizenship by donation or investing in an approved St. Lucia citizenship by investment real estate or properties.

นักลงทุนขอสัญชาติเซนต์ลูเซียมีคุณสมบัติเช่น : อายุไม่ต่ำกว่า 18 ปี มีความประพฤติดี ผ่านการตรวจสอบประวัติอาชญกรรม มีสุขภาพแข็งแรง ถือครองทรัพย์สินที่เพียงพอ และสุดท้ายต้องลงทุนขั้นต่ำตามเงื่อนไขในกฎหมาย 

♦ St. Lucia CIP Processing Time?  

The processing time for obtaining a St. Lucia passport by investment is commendably swift, offering a highly efficient route for investors. The government aims to process St Lucia citizenship by investment applications within a timeline of 90 days, meaning that eligible investors can potentially secure their second passports in approximately three months. This timeline is subject to all necessary documentation being accurately provided and due diligence checks being completed successfully. It's worth noting that the Government's processing timeframe does not include the additional time required by external parties for background verification. Potential delays could occur due to factors such as incomplete documentation, extended due diligence checks, or unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the Citizenship by Investment Unit.

ระยะเวลาในการอนุมัติใบสมัครขอสัญชาติและพาสปอร์ตเซนต์ลูเซียคือ 3-6 เดือนโดยประมาณ   

♦ St. Lucia CIP Application Process 

Step 1 : Submit a complete Saint Lucia citizenship by investment application comprising of government forms, all requisite supporting documents, and requisite non-refundable processing and due diligence fees. 

Step 2 : The Citizenship by Investment Unit (CBIU) will consider an application for citizenship and render a final decision be it either granting, denying, or delaying for additional evidence, an application for St. Lucia citizenship by investment. 
* In case of refusal, the rejected applicant may request a review by the Minister!  

Step 3 : Issuance of a Certificate of Citizenship, once the principal applicant makes the qualifying investment within sixty (60) calendar days upon receiving a Notification Letter from the CBIU confirming approval of his/her application.  

Step 4 : Issuance of a St. Lucia passport, upon submission of an application for St. Lucia Passport by Investment.

ขั้นตอนที่ 2 : หน่วยงานด้านการลงทุนเพื่อขอสัญชาติเซนต์ลูเซีย CBIU พิจารณาใบสมัครขอสัญชาติ หลังจากนั้นดำเนินการอนุมัติ / ปฏิเสธ / หรือร้องขอเอกสารเพิ่มเติม 
ขั้นตอนที่ 3 : ออกประกาศนียบัตรสัญชาติเซนต์ลูเซีย หลังจากผู้สมัครได้ชำระเงินลงทุนภายใน 60 วัน นับจากวันที่ได้รับจดหมายแจ้งเตือนว่า ใบสมัครได้รับการอนุมัติ
ขั้นตอนที่ 4 : ออกพาสปอร์ตเซนต์ลูเซีย หลังจากผู้สมัครและผู้ติดตามได้ยื่นใบคำขอพาสปอร์ตจากการลงทุน
